- Your monthly fee is added to your wallet as credits, one dollar for one credit. Credits are spent as your agents work: per AI reply on web chat and WhatsApp, and per minute on voice. There are no seat licences.
- We choose the model, speech and voice providers behind the scenes for each agent. Your rate stays the same whichever one handles the conversation.
- Unused plan credits roll over for 1 month, then expire.
- Top up anytime at $1 for 1 credit while your plan is active. Top-ups are spent at your plan’s rate and last 6 months from purchase.
- Business-initiated WhatsApp templates (marketing and utility) are billed at Meta’s cost. Phone numbers and outbound international calls are priced separately.
- Top-up credits are frozen, not lost. They unlock again if you resubscribe within 6 months of buying them.
