Storage & Retention

Our "Processing Layer" philosophy means we treat data as transient by default. Arivix is designed to be a conduit, not a vault.

Webhook Delivery: Most enterprise partners configure Arivix to deliver conversation payloads directly to their own secure endpoints via webhooks. Once delivery is confirmed, data is purged from our active processing layer according to your account's retention policy (ranging from immediate deletion to 30 days).

Third-Party Sub-processors

We partner with select infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) to host our orchestration engine. These partners are strictly vetted for compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards.

Cookies

We use essential cookies strictly for session management and security. We do not use tracking, advertising, or third-party marketing cookies on the Arivix Console.

Security

All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We conduct regular third-party penetration tests to ensure the integrity of our perimeter.
