Overview
Arivix provides a sophisticated SaaS infrastructure designed for enterprise-grade voice orchestration and AI communication. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding financial transactions, subscriptions, and usage-based billing within the Arivix ecosystem.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this policy. We recommend all enterprise partners and individual users review these terms to ensure a clear understanding of our billing architecture.
Subscription & Usage Model
Arivix operates on a hybrid billing model designed for flexibility and scale:
- —Prepaid Monthly or Annual Subscriptions: These fees cover access to the core orchestration platform, API endpoints, and administrative interfaces.
- —Usage-Based Credits: Credits are consumed for real-time voice processing, LLM classification, and outbound/inbound connectivity.
- —Provisioned Assets: Fixed costs for dedicated phone numbers, short codes, and dedicated compute nodes.
Refund Eligibility
Subscriptions
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for unused portions of a subscription term.
Usage Credits
Credits purchased for usage (Voice-to-Intent, AI processing) are valid for the duration of your active subscription. Unused credits are non-refundable but may roll over depending on your specific enterprise service agreement.
Phone Numbers & Assets
Due to the immediate regulatory provisioning and carrier costs associated with securing telephonic assets, fees for phone numbers, SIP trunks, and dedicated hardware are strictly non-refundable once the provisioning process has commenced.
When Refunds Are Not Issued
To maintain the integrity of our infrastructure, Arivix does not provide refunds in the following scenarios:
- —Change of mind or lack of usage after the billing period has started.
- —Service suspension resulting from violations of our Acceptable Use Policy.
- —Inability to integrate Arivix with third-party software due to limitations in the third-party's API.
- —Calls or traffic patterns that were blocked by carriers due to lack of proper A2P 10DLC registration by the user.
Cancellation & Contact
You may cancel your service at any time through the Arivix Console settings. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the conclusion of the paid term.
